Blair Sohl- Owner
I am a track and field coach at UIW while also running my own personal training business. I feel that my passion for coaching and the outdoors has crossed which has allowed me to start this charter service. I would like to teach people how to navigate the maze of rivers we have around here while giving them access to the preserved ecosystems around those rivers.
Matt Shaffer- Fly Fishing expert
Lifelong outdoors-man. He has been a fly fishing guide in Estes Park Colorado the past 6 years at 2 different fly shops. He returned this winter and is working at Gruene Outfitters. He offers a wide range of knowledge from growing up here in Bulverde TX fishing the local bodies of water, to having fished some of the best waters in Colorado for trout, pike, muskee etc. He has experience spear fishing and would love to introduce people to it.
Danny Gonzales- Northern Guadalupe Expert
Raised in Boerne TX. He comes from a long line of fishermen and hunters in his family. He grew up fishing the hill country rivers and lakes. He knows the Guadalupe like the back of his hand. He has primarily been fishing lake tournaments around Texas the past few years.
Chad Rodriguez- MEdina River Expert
Chad and I have been best friends since 9 years old and our passion for kayak fishing has grown as our friendship has. We both got into kayak fishing around the same time so we have covered many miles of river together. As a teacher, coach and father, he has a strong passion for teaching others.
